I like that it is easy to use, all you need are some basic details about an email campaign for example - click through rate or open rates- then simply upload this data from other sources such as analytics software (Google Analytics) into divvyt so we can target those users who may have previously clicked but did not convert in real life! You also get reports showing how many people were actually targeted by each method i think which gives me peace of mind if someone else has been doing my marketing work without telling me they've already done something similar :). Sometimes there's no obvious way forward when troubleshooting issues after uploading campaigns etc., however support team was very quick at getting back up & running again even though our issue had only just started occurring days before their initial response via ticketing system :) Overall positive experience using DIVVYT across multiple clients over 2 years now where tracking client.
