WARNING: SUPER LONG REVIEW. This is the second pair of seat covers I have ordered. Unfortunately, after a few months (when buying the original pair) the driver's seat cover started to tear and I let it go too far before finally attempting to sew it myself. Also, the little elastic loops that attach to the flap (which goes through the car seat) started tearing and the metal holes (which you attach to the elastic loops) came loose causing everything to fall apart. I checked Revain and the price has indeed gone down so I decided to buy 2 more for $20. Only this time before I put it in the machine I decided to reinforce the seams with a sewing machine and added a flat piece of polyester twine to hold the underside of the cover in place. I sewed about a foot and a half of rope just behind the hook you attach to the flap in the back and just tied it in a loop and double knot behind the seat. And it worked like clockwork! With my first pair, every time my boyfriend and I got in or out of the car, the bottom of the seat would stretch and loosen, so I had to fix it every time we got out of the car. Now I can even move on the seat and they don't move an inch! Stitching those extra ropes REALLY helped hold them in place and I really hope reinforcing the stitching will keep them from tearing this summer. Only time will tell but I am sure they will remain solid. I forgot to mention that I have a 2006 Honda Pilot.
