Easy to remove and replace once installed. 2006 Dodge Ram, fan intermittent. If you have a similar problem, tap the fan motor with a hammer. When it starts to work, it needs to be replaced. This fan is noisier than the OEM but to be honest it could just be that it's moving more air. It has been installed for several months and is holding up great. Update June 2017. The expected lifespan of this fan is apparently 20 months. I don't know if others have had the same experience, but I tapped it again with an ax to make it work.
