Review on Fydun by Keith Martin

Fydun's Online Store was a disappointment

I recently bought new components for my car from Fydun's web store, and I have to admit that I am really unhappy with the whole thing. First and foremost, the website lacks crucial information regarding the things they sell and is challenging to navigate. Finding the precise components I required took me longer than I had anticipated. Checkout was a complete nightmare. I had to restart after the website crashed many times. My order would be dispatched within 5-7 business days, according to the confirmation email I got after successfully completing the checkout procedure. However, it took about two weeks for my order to arrive, which significantly slowed down the process of fixing my car. I was shocked to see that the parts were of low quality and did not fit my car properly when I eventually received my purchase. To get the right parts from a different source, I had to spend more time and money. I attempted to contact customer service for help, but I only encountered inept and rude personnel. Overall, I would not advise anyone looking to buy replacement components for their vehicle to visit Fydun's website. The customer service is poor, the website is challenging to use, the checkout procedure is a headache, and the shipment delay is awful. Search for a superior supplier for your automobile needs to save yourself the headache.

Pros
  • A varied inventory of auto parts and accessories to choose from.
Cons
  • Certain components are in short supply.
