I like that it is easy for non-technical people as well, we can easily use this tool with our colleagues who are not familiarized with technical terms of database management system such as SQL Server etc. The fact that there isn't any other way than Microsoft Excel makes things more complicated if your colleague doesn't have access to office software. This might be an issue when they don't know how to work effectively without excel (or even worse), but still manageable since its only one step away from creating reports which would then require some coding knowledge needed at least by developers.
