Too high waist
It's super cute and flattering. They seem a bit big. I'm 5'8 and usually wear a size 12. I ordered a large and they fit right under my bra. They are too long not to wear heels. I wore them to a concert with wedge ankle boots. They are flattering and comfortable. I have received many compliments. I could downsize and be alright.
