Review on 🔧 PneumaticPlus SAW3000M N03BG Manual Regulator Piggyback NPT by Troy Arnold

I bought this to replace the regulator on my blast cabinet. The one that came with it leaked within a week. It seals tight and handles pressure well enough for my media blaster. I didn't check its consistency carefully since it's mounted on a Media Blaster and all I really cared about was no leaks and high flow rates since the cabinet uses about 18 cubic feet of air per minute. The moisture trap is an added bonus that my old controller didn't have. The pressure gauge is small, it looks small in the photos and in real life it is just as big. So know that before you buy it. Replace if you really need something big. The bowl is made of polyester, it is stated in the description. The controller is very easy to remove. You lower the latch and rotate the bowl 45 degrees and it pops right off the ground. Although it's easy to remove, it doesn't leak! I left my cabinet full of air for 24 hours but turned off the supply and it was still the same pressure. The regulator with which to remove it itself comes in handy when reducing the pressure. It has the default "press down to lock" key, is anyone actually locking it? rzunimag. The body of the regulator is made out of some type of metal, possibly zinc alloy, but that's just a guess. I know which thread held when I screwed in my fittings. The bracket is a 13ga (.093 inch) stamped piece of sheet metal with the top of the regulator going through a hole. Then the back is folded over with two holes. to install the controller. It's simple, it works great. The only thing you need to note is that the distance from where you mount is exactly 0.5 inch. This is either good or bad depending on the application. You can always make your own mount.
