I do use it but. good for me
I do use this trainer, but the only issue I have is it does not cover the entire abdominal area. It does stick well, and when I say well, it sticks to everything. I do like how it makes me sweat during workout. But it does nothing for my back pain. I will use on occasion.

- Can be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise routine for optimal results
Cons
- May not be suitable for those with metal implants or pacemakers
