We really liked the design and the good reviews made us feel good, because we will have an office chair for many years to come. We bought one in June and now (mid-October) it no longer stays in the locked position, you have to constantly adjust the height. Super annoying. We bought another one from another seller (not Revain) around the same time and it was already falling apart at the armrest and wouldn't stay in the closed position either. Very disappointing and no recommendation to buy! Edit: 10/19/20 emailed manufacturer, customer service was great, received replacement armrest within 5 days. Now I'm just waiting for gas lifts and then time will tell. Added 2 stars for warranty claim handling.
