Poor quality on clothing

I thought this design was screen printed but it wasn't. It looks like it was cut out with a utility knife and ironed. I would not buy this again. I would send it back but I don't want to suffer. My child will not wear it anywhere. The design looks like it will peel off in the wash. The quality is terrible.
