Update 2: Apparently the connection errors I'm experiencing are a common Dex issue. That had nothing to do with the product. If anyone has a problem, try plugging your Samsung charger into the hub itself and your phone will charge. I haven't had any problems since I started connecting my charger to this USB C hub. It gets quite hot in use, but it always will. I will definitely buy one more of these in the future! There is no problem with the picture. No connection problems. Extremely easy to use! 1080p looks amazing! Update 1: NEVER. It was amazing the first week I owned it and now it keeps turning off without being touched. This is not surprising; it is very average. I think you can definitely say you get what you pay for. At the same time I have to find a better product. Very disappointing that after a WEEK it is not working! That's great! I never thought of using a USB-C hub! That's the only thing I can get forever. I have used all kinds of cables for Samsung DeX. I usually look for USB-C to HDMI (male or female) and every one I've bought had connection issues. I couldn't move my device without unplugging it or else I'd have a terrible screen with weird lines across it due to a bad connection. I've paid hundreds of dollars for these poor quality cables and wires, but this hub is THE ONLY ONE! I use a Samsung Galaxy s20 FE between a projector and with DeX you can turn your phone into a computer. This USB-C hub allows me to connect my mouse and keyboard to it and I can use it between my phones. This might be one of the best articles I could use for DeX! If someone uses DeX, this might be the best hub for you!
