I've been using this brand for years so today I just acted as usual and it didn't do anything except make my skin very red without removing anything. I literally have red patches on my skin that I'm still trying to get rid of with baby oil and even olive oil because this "wax" is so weird it sticks to the skin but doesn't remove the hair. I noticed that what little I could remove with the Muslim cloth was very wet, like an oil texture, not a wax texture. The rim of this container was curved so I don't know if that explains what I just went through. Called Revain and they got it right so I'm buying another one from another seller hoping it was just a one off issue.
