I bought one and used this product the day after it arrived. I did my usual 3 mile walk and didn't really feel a difference, but did notice that my feet were hotter than usual and that they were very heavy after the walk. As I sat down, I saw water running down my leg, but I thought it was just from sweating the exposed part of my leg. I went into the bathroom to shower, took off my capris and to my surprise they were wet on the inside and that's when I realized my legs were getting heavy with the added weight of the sweat the capris had been soaked in. . The surprising fact is that the outside part wasn't wet, but the inside was soaked - it was sweat running down my legs. I have a short waist so I had to roll up the top of the capri to get it to fit properly, but they kept rolling up because my waist is proportionally smaller at the top than from the waist down. I rinse them out after each use and hang them on the porch to dry - no shrinking or anything. Suffice it to say that I like it and imagine that I will soon be buying a pair of pants in a smaller size.
