The fitness monitor was a complete letdown. As my tests showed, the heart rate monitor was completely inaccurate - displaying numbers that were way off the actual reading. The sleep tracker also failed to impress, providing minimal data on sleep quality. The only redeeming quality of this product is its comfortable fit. However, that does not make up for its major shortcomings. Don't waste your money on this fitness monitor.
