They are very friendly people that help you with any questions or problems.
The staff is great! When I need something fixed right away they do what it takes for me but my computer will be up 24/7 for weeks at times when i really don't want one thing working! It's been nice having them around because of this I have not had as many issues come across our desk because of other companies leaving us without support for long periods of time. We love using bdKiMballllS!! Everything we use works perfect together!
