I'm still not sure if I used this foot correctly. I need to find this type of foot on youtube and see if I can find instructions on how to normally install them. I used it and it worked fine but I still think my installation was wrong. Otherwise it makes a neatly constructed impression. This is my first encounter with knitwear and I don't understand what makes a knitted foot so special. Another reason I think I need to find installation instructions. I've seen many sewing feet over the years and never had this problem.
