This was exactly the design I wanted for my work tip and overall I'm happy with it, however the clip doesn't rotate on the back which I didn't realize when I bought it. For this reason, I can only cut my hair in one direction, for example over the bag and not along the edge of a shirt or sweater. It also keeps the tip from being pulled too hard, which I think contributes to the clip slipping off so easily. I don't work in a hectic, fast-paced work environment, so this wasn't too much of a problem for me in the office. However, I could see that this is a real pain for someone in the medical field.
