Review on Sangean PR D15: The Ultimate FM Stereo Rechargeable Portable Companion by Teresa Quinney

I have long been looking for a good radio module that I can easily take with me to use at home and at work. This is my second PR-D15. The first one I fell was three feet high. The impact shattered the spring clips holding the batteries in place. As a result, the batteries were disconnected and the device could not receive power. I thought about looking for another walkie-talkie but decided to buy another PR-D15; and I'm glad I did. Like the first, this one worked right out of the box. it has a clear, smooth sound and picks up all the stations I need. Incidentally, Sangean's customer service offered to repair my first PR-D15 for free. I had the original unit for 2.5 months but didn't want to mess with the shipping. Also, it was my fault that I dropped it. This leads me to conclude that Sangean makes a great product and is a respectable company.
