I was excited when these muffin tins came out. After washing in hot soapy water. First I made some egg muffins and then some nut butter keto chocolates for the trip I'm about to make. First the pancakes. The cupcake pans held up well in the oven and once baked weren't too hot to touch with my bare hands. 👍🏽They just fell on my cooling shelf. Second, the chocolates needed to be chilled in the freezer, as did the egg muffins, the chocolate easily popped right onto my plate. I was a little hesitant to put them in the freezer, wondering if they might actually freeze and crack. BUT no, they were just as soft and pliable when I took them out of the freezer. Very easy to clean, egg crumbs and chocolate in the pan are simply washed off. A word of caution: they're fragile themselves, so I highly recommend placing them on a sheet or baking sheet when baking or freezing. Definitely two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽 for this product. Highly recommended.😁
