My child prefers the right side, this pillow helps him not to tilt his head to that side. Hopefully it won't be so flat in a few weeks. It's cute, easy to clean, and helps him sleep! He was having trouble falling asleep as he was taking naps during the day and this helps a lot. I also have a cute little bandana for my dog! I've read in the comments that it helps with reflux, but it's actually not for him.
