Very Small Waist: my feedback
I normally purchase a size M skirt on Best Buy for a 29/30 inch waist; I like comfort. I sized to a L to accommodate the solid waistband and flat front on this skirt. The skirt is very pretty, lays flat but has zero give. The skirt was form fitting standing up but I could not smoothly tuck a t-shirt or blouse in the front. If you like tied front shirts or crop tops, this skirt may be for you. I returned the skirt.
