I like that you can schedule appointments through your phone using it as well! You also receive text messages when new schedules have been released so there's no waiting around to check if someone has availability or not!! Sometimes my cell reception isn't great where ever i am which makes scheduling difficult but other than this everything works perfectly fine. Great service all over Canada & US time zones too. ! We use MSPA at our spa/salon (The Spa Loft) in Toronto Ontario every day of course we are able get clients scheduled quickly with ease thanks mostly because their customer support team really cares about us getting them available ASAP! If they don’t know how something should be done then its easy enough just ask!!
