Smells like strong chemicals. The smell didn't come out no matter what I tried

I bought 3 collars from you. Everything was great. I love her! I decided to buy another one but it smells VERY bad of chemicals, I soaked it in bleach for several days, used other chemicals, the smell didn't come out. It's incredibly powerful! I would never do this to my animal, they have better sniffing skills than us and it will drive them crazy. Idk if it's even safe. It's a shame she could be so charming in it. She now wears a light pink collar, but she was happy to wear a pink and red one. So sad. All our kittens are dressed in different colors. Yellow, orange, light pink. I love the red rose design, such a beautiful color. The rest didn't smell like chemicals. Something went wrong?
