Bought for my 91 year old mother when she finally made the switch from PC to Mac. The computer arrived very quickly via FedEx Ground with a mandatory direct signature. Unpacked and looked like new. Have a small wireless keyboard and a Magic Mouse 2. Plugged everything in and had trouble connecting the mouse and keyboard. Once I turned off my Magic Mouse 2, Magic Trackpad and Magic Keyboard, and my iMac, everything connected quickly. Booted up fine, was able to log into everything and I transferred a few items from their PC to my Mac and then upgraded to High Sierra with no problems. I have a certified MacBook Air and haven't had any issues with it, so I didn't hesitate when I saw this gem and I'm glad I did. If you're on the fence, don't be because certified refurbished units are certified to work like new.
