Ordered this product and received it within 2 days. My air conditioner stopped working on the fifth after a few months and four and five didn't work. Fast forward another 2 months and it's completely gone so I finally broke down and ordered this product. It absolutely works, don't get me wrong, everything works now. My only complaint was that the wire harness from the resistor to the fan itself wasn't long enough. I had to cut and splice the old one to get it. It took me 45 to 50 minutes to finish on my own. I'm just suggesting that the company make the dishes longer. That's why there are only four stars.
