I give these pans 5 stars for looks. But they aren't as non-stick as I was hoping. I use baking sheets for canned cookies or cinnamon rolls almost every weekend. They're not exactly non-stick. I usually have to use a plastic spatula to pry pastries off the sheet. I had to soak them in bleach water a couple of times to get all the caked on residue off the sheets. I have a feeling they won't last as long as nonstick. I'm a bit disappointed as they are more expensive than most polymer nonstick pans.
