This program has made my life easier because I can manage all of our social media accounts from one place! It's easy enough that even someone who isn't tech savvy could use this software without having an issue or question answered by support staff in real time during normal working days (Monday-Friday). There are times when there might be some lag between posting something online which causes confusion but other than those small issues everything works great!! We've had no problems since we switched over last month - everyone loves how simple things like scheduling posts were before using their services now its seamless as well.
