I like that it allowed me to connect with my coworkers, even when they were in other buildings or states! It was very easy for us as we are remote workers so being able to work together through this software has been great!! Not much at this point but would love more integrations into our system (like payroll). Benefits administration/payroll can be done from anywhere using your internet connection instead of having people come back to HQ every time there's an issue. I like that it allows us full control over our employees' employment history, salary grades for all positions within an organization as well their benefits information - allowing me (and others) access from anywhere in any device at anytime! Not much so far but looks promising with additional functionality coming out soon such has PTO tracking etc., this will be helpful when we have more staff who use them internally or externally where they work remotely during COVID-19 period of time!!
