I bought this lock to replace two others that didn't work for me. I thought maybe I'm doing something wrong until I installed this and had no problems. Easy to install, durable and stylish looking. In addition, it is definitely good quality for a low price. Like most men, I didn't watch the full instruction video and had to contact customer service to explain how to switch between the right and left doors and they answered me within minutes. A simple twist of a switch. The only thing I doubted initially was that you can't program codes without using an app on your phone, but after seeing how easy the app was, it wasn't a big deal. me. I could have overlooked that in the instructions. Definitely recommend this lock, home run.
