I like encased clips. I had one for my previous phones and they were great. This was the first time I couldn't buy it in my country (in Canada). So I paid extra for shipping only to receive a broken item. No problem, request a replacement and return the damaged product, right? Well, shipping only covers $15 for returns and the deals I can find are over $15. I don't think I would have bought this if I had known: - The item will arrive in a bubble envelope. The expectation that the replacement will also be broken. Returns are also costly and time-consuming.
