I like that it's easy to use; you can easily add new features or make changes as your business grows without having an IT department in place! It helps us track our website traffic so we know what are best times of day/weekend etc when people visit most frequently (which makes scheduling easier). There isn't anything i dislike about this software yet but there may be something out their which could help improve upon some things suchas being able view analytics from multiple sources instead just one source only(Google Analytics).
