Updated Review: Like many others here, my remote stopped working after 2 days of using the lamp. Shipping 100% free. Your customer service is fantastic! However, this didn't fix the remote itself, and I was pretty sure the new one wouldn't work either. However, I found that the remote control never stopped working. For anyone who finds the remote doesn't change the light, but the LED still flashes when you press the buttons: I've found that every time I've unplugged and plugged the bulb back in (when you need to move the bulb, or by accident etc.), the lamp has lost connection with the remote control. If you unplug and plug back in (reset connection), the remote will work again. Whilst this is annoying with remote issues this is a good lamp and was more than enough to light up my living room which doesn't have overhead lights at a good price.
