I'm 6ft 4in, 245lbs and bought XL. Fits well, good length. The crotch could use some extra room but is comfortable enough. Good medium weight fabric. The laces could be shorter. I haven't experienced the wedge problem that other people have complained about. It's true that they were designed to hug your ass, but I don't understand what people think of wedges. I'm complaining that this is my first time wearing the pants so I can't confirm their durability or how they were washed, but I'll update the rating if it falls below 4 star qualification. wash and dry.
