This xo fetti veil is very cute, just like party props. Flowers have many petals and are not crushed, ready to use. They have an elastic band that reminds me of bra straps. They slide on this white elastic so you can adjust them however you like. The veil is a very simple sheer short veil that is attached to a ribbon in a fan pattern at a small section. Basically everything is fine, there are some imperfections in the cut and seams that I had to trim. All in all a fun party for less than $10 that you can add some flair to.
