Review on 🧪 Permatex 22058 Dielectric Tune-Up Grease: Ultimate Protection in a 3 oz. Tube by Kulwinder Hendrickson

The world has yet to come together on the exact application of fat dielectric. Some people use it for pretty much everything, and others use the excuse that "it doesn't conduct electricity". Of course, it does not conduct electricity, it only helps protect components from corrosion - water-moisture-salt-dirt. But there is still debate about where to use it. I've seen people online using it for pretty much everything. They show tests showing it draws very little conductivity from the junction, but almost nothing when the junction is conducting a decent amount of current. I'm still not sure if I should make all the connections on my dirt bike and just make sure they're secure or I'll cause a big problem. I think I'll start with a few and if nothing bad happens I'll just keep going. :) This might not help many people, but I put what I found there. By the way, the tube is bigger than I thought, which is cute! :) UPDATE: I've used every possible connection I've found on my Yamaha TW200 and haven't had any problems so far. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the fuse. everything else has been working fine for a few months. :)
