Although this product is probably great for making salads and the like, I bought this to be able to quickly chop up vegetables when I'm cooking dinner for me and my wife or just for myself. I have purchased from Brieftons before so their reputation made me feel very comfortable with this purchase even before I received the product. I was concerned about whether it would require excessive force to cut the veggies. I'm happy to report (as seen in the attached video) that the sharpening is very quick and very easy. It didn't take me long to cut the veggies, and it was safer than doing it my usual way — using a knife and slicing the veggies next to my fingers. I definitely recommend this product!
