Make sure you are using the correct length and diameter spring bars.
I replaced my original Luminox 3050/3950 strap with this one as the straps that go around the spring bars are the same size as the original strap. The new band is narrower than the original and stiffer, but will break over time. Installing the spring bars was tricky, but once I found the right length and diameter, the second spring snapped into place. Order spring bar tool and new spring bars.
