I can't believe all the people who are writing bad reviews about this product because they don't understand the product. I have attached some photos to help with my explanation. First, this item is designed to be used with this. Eclipse 902-321 stainless steel cable ties or equivalent. I personally didn't want to spend as much or more, so I found an alternative online. I found a pair of long needlenose pliers that worked to attach my heat film to my exhaust. Trim the excess to about 1 inch, grasp the end and twist to tighten. It may take a few tries to get it right, it worked adequately for me. Hope that helps. Unfortunately, this product gets bad reviews from people who don't understand how it works.
