They don't last for heat lamps
They're good, but they just don't last. I have a turtle so in the winter I usually leave the lights on at night and sometimes all day. The bulbs I usually buy last me months while BOTH these bulbs combined only give 5 weeks. They are really durable and look the same as other brands sold at PETSMART but don't last as long. I think that's why they're so expensive.
