Item arrived exactly as shown in the listing. The carving is good. The metal didn't trigger an allergic reaction in me. My only criticism is that I felt the size was a little smaller than the 10G I was expecting. It was marked 10G on the plastic bag, but it dangles a bit around my piercing. I have several pieces of 10G septum piercing jewelry and this is the freest. However, this is not enough to dislike him. I still give it 5 stars for fast shipping, good quality and meeting my needs.
