Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!
The menu has a lot of all sorts of bells and whistles (pulse, sleep, blood oxygen saturation, flashlight, etc. ). Blood oxygen saturation is not an exact function, but it is not a medical device either. There is also no pressure measurement. For me it's not critical.
