This item came with a glued lid which I think was a precaution for shipping but I think this is mainly due to the lid not being sealed to the end closes. I've used the product twice and the last time my fingers hit a hard surface was when I scooped it out a bit which was weird because it's brand new and my fingers didn't reach the bottom. Jug. It was hard to capture in a picture but there is a piece of plastic at the bottom of the jar so the product sits on top of it so the jar looks full but the plastic takes up the bottom inch of the jar. Jug! I think that's probably why the cap doesn't work as it went bad when they bottled this item with less product.
