1 - Easy assembly. I assembled it pretty quickly. Easy to follow instructions. I go along with someone else's advice: screw the shelves loose first, then tighten everything when you've got everything together. 2 - Very durable. Doesn't move when you sit on it. You can adjust the screw feet to sit flush with the floor.3 - Rustic aesthetic but nice clean lines. I have just ordered a rug to be laid to keep the floor clean. 4 - It arrived VERY early. It should arrive between January 28th and the 1st week of February. He arrived on January 3rd. lol. Definitely recommend this product. Just make sure you have someone to pick up your package if it arrives very early and you're not home.
