Bought this stylus for work. I do all my paperwork on a tablet and we've recently started using new software that has box markers and tons and tons of really tiny boxes. The constant zooming in on the screen to make sure I wasn't in the wrong field was driving me insane. Now I can handle documents with almost no problems. The pen feels good in the hand, is easy to use and very accurate. I've only been using it for a week so can't comment on the tip replacement but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.
