Lid opened for cleaning, head popped out. The head is held in place by a tiny piece of metal that snaps into a small patch of plastic on the body. Well, the plastic broke. I used the latch many times but after that it wouldn't hold. It's a shame because it was the best reasonably priced triple head razor I've ever used. The heads were very flexible and this gave a fairly close shave. Comparable to a mid-range Norelco in my opinion (I've had one before). It also took a long time to charge. I can't recommend a razor that hasn't lasted even a year. Amazon's return period has already expired. Hope you have better luck than me. I just got a lemon? Disappointed that it didn't last.
