As others have pointed out, the instruction is useless. Small pictures with arrows; no text. If you're good enough at things, you'll be fine. Don't expect any help from the documentation. The mount itself feels solid and is fully adjustable if you find all the adjustment points. Be sure to loosen the pivot bolts side to side before mounting it or you will have to remove it. The included mounting screws are large wood screws. If you're mounting under a cabinet, you'll need your own. I used carriage bolts. Once the TV is in place, it won't hang properly until you adjust the tension on the vertical bar. To do this, pry off the round caps on the top hinge and tighten with an Allen key. The instructions don't mention this at all. The vertical bar turned out to be too long for the TV, touched the plug. I was able to cut 2 inches off the stem and assembled it so the TV would hang the way I wanted. In general, I am happy with the suspension. It holds the 24 inch TV under the kitchen cabinets and allows you to hide all the wiring behind the TV to keep the countertop clean.
