Update: UGREEN contacted me and they were very nice and tried to help me solve the problem. Their customer service was fantastic, they answered all my questions and even gave me more information than I asked for. Excellent customer service. That's why I rate it. The product "works" so that's a plus and it's very compact BUT. Within 5 minutes of using it (with Samsung Dex on my phone) it got too hot to touch so I let it cool down, tried again with the same problem so I decided to contact Ugreen, sent an email and it has been 3 days now and unfortunately no reply so i decided to return it and try another one. It generally works but gets insanely hot and can be dangerous.
