In the space of only a few short weeks, I've had THREE of these receivers in my possession. Both the sound quality and the volume are excellent. The sound quality is greatly enhanced by the use of a tunnel-type phase inverter. I am not going to bring up this subject again. Now, a word about the capabilities. 1. The radio reception is disrupted when the voltage on the battery falls to 2.7 volts. Whether turned on or off, the only sound that can be heard coming from the speaker is a click. Because of this, a more complete discharge of the battery is hardly impossible. 2. It is not possible to determine when the charge on the battery will be finished. Even after the battery is taken from the device or when it is fully charged, the indicator continues to light red. The best way to prevent overcharging customers is still unknown. 3. The battery compartment has space for three AA batteries. However, the battery will need to be removed because it is put over the other batteries in the pack. This was apparently done in order to UNLEASH the circuits of charging the battery and batteries, which means that charging the batteries would no longer be able to cause damage to the batteries. 4. If you insert a flash drive that is described as "slow," the playback will be difficult. The playback is constantly being stopped so that the file can be "reloaded" (song). Playback is really smooth when done using a quick flash drive. Plays files even when they are located in folders. After then, files from the following folder are played one after the other. 5. The order in which songs are played is IMPERATIVE. Okay, pause, next, previous. 6. The receiver remembers the previous song and, the next time it plays, begins playing the song from the beginning, beginning where it left off. It is likely that the recipient maintains a file with a "mark" indicating where it last stopped. Therefore, the question is: how soon will the receiver's memory "fill up with garbage" with the "stop" marks of all flash drives if you frequently CHANGE flash drives? 7. The battery cover on all receivers is difficult to open. The antenna extends upward with the same amount of effort. On the other hand, the antenna swivel can become loose, and the cover of the compartment can be shattered. (( 8. The backlighting of the scale is not nearly sufficient due to the fact that the design of the receiver makes it quite dark. 9. There is no headphone jack, which means that, for example, it will be inconvenient to listen to music in a hospital room. According to my evaluation, the receiver is solid! I strongly suggest!
