Unfortunately, getting it to work correctly was intermittent, at best, and I finally returned it due to 1) unable to sync (left and right), 2) cutting out (one or the other) or 3) shutting off entirely. It was maddening trying to adjust it to my ears, then out of the blue it would do one or more of the above and I'd have to start all over again. But when it worked, it was magical, as my hearing has been compromised nearly my entire life. It just won't be MaiHear's hearing aids.Update - January 4, 2023 - One of the reasons for writing this review was a letter that I received from Maihear that offered a $30 ebay gift card for writing a review. Once this review was published, I informed Maihear, only to receive an email that attempted to bribe me by giving me a $40 gift card if I would change my review to at least 4 stars. Needless to say, I stand by my review and the 2 star rating, and will be informing ebay of their business practices.
