This was my first pair of lifting straps, i havent gone insanely heavy with them but they stood up to 405lbs with no issue. super thick, overall great straps for the price. the one thing is they do run a little big so if youre iffy about a size fitting you, id go down a size. i got medium and its closer to a large.

- These straps are made well, but the sizing chart is way off... So I'd suggest sizing down.
- Seem to be a bit too big even in the recommended size, also doesn't grip the bar enough.
